Join us for our annual day of wine, food and friends as we watch polo at King Family Vineyards. We will be meeting at the King Family Vineyards in the area around the field to watch exciting polo matches between local polo teams. Please bring chairs, blankets and shade. King Family Vineyards will be selling wine from golf carts circling the field during the match. All major credit cards are accepted. We will do potluck again – please bring a food item to share. Look for our RSC pop-up tent(s) in the circle around the field. NO ALCOHOL other than King Family wine is permitted on the premises. Please RSVP with your contact info if you plan on attending. I will send out an email to all participants about a week before the event with additional info. Please RSVP to Sandy Vermillera @ sandyzv@verizon.net if you plan to attend. NOTE: The polo matches may have to be cancelled on the day of the match due to weather conditions. Please call King Family Vineyards before you go and/or look for an email from me for cancellation info. Polo match status will also be confirmed on King Family Vineyards’ Facebook page on 9 a.m. Sunday.

Farmville VA Tasting Cellar to High Bridge Trail We will meet at 10:30 am and park at the starting location, ride/walk and then return to the starting location for refreshments at riders/walkers own expense. All rides/walks will be mostly on trails and approximately 2 hours and 5 to 10 miles long, followed by an optional refreshment break. Everyone is welcome to join us AFTER each bike/walk for refreshments and socializing. To bike/walk, you will need your own bike (pedal or electric) and helmet, suitable walking shoes, sunscreen, water, $ for your refreshments, and weather appropriate clothing. Reservations are not required, and all rides/walks will start on time so stragglers will need to catch up. Transportation and lodging (if you plan to stay over) is ON YOUR OWN and carpooling is encouraged. Questions? Contact Judy at 804-572-1928.
