Wintergreen Summer Party

We had such a good time last year, we decided to do it again! Come escape the summer heat at Wintergreen (lodging on your own) and join us for a weekend of fun!

• Saturday morning hike, location TBD
• Lunch at Devil’s Backbone (Dutch treat).
• Spend the afternoon at the Chestnut Springs pool or taste some local beverages.
• Saturday evening we have reserved the outdoor covered and screened pavilion 4-9 pm at the Chestnut Springs pool (Timber Camp Dr) to have a casual outdoor dinner.
• Casual party will include appetizers, salad, burgers (meat and meatless), sausages, mac and cheese, desserts soft drinks and adult beverages for those 21 and over.
• The Edge normally has free live music on Saturday night.
• Deadline to sign up or cancel for dinner is August 9. No exceptions due to food ordering
• We recommend getting together with some friends to arrange lodging, which is typically very reasonable in the summer.
• Hike Paul’s Creek Sunday (0.6 miles) on your way out and enjoy the waterfall.
