Kayaking and camping fun on the Shenandoah River July 31-Aug 2!!!

Shenandoah River Outfitters has set us up for another great trip paddling down the beautiful Shenandoah River. Including camping on Friday and Saturday nights. Kayaking at 10 am on Saturday morning.

Weekend Itinerary:

•   Friday night—Pot Luck dinner at the campsite. Tell stories by the campfire.

•   Saturday morning light breakfast.

•   Kayaking all day on Sat. (pack your own lunch)

•   Shenandoah River Outfitter’s provided Buffet dinner on Sat. night (all you can eat, T-Bone steak and chicken). More stories by the campfire.

•   Breakfast on Sunday morning. Pack up and leave.

  The cost varies depending on what options you choose. Camping for 2 nights, 1 day kay- aking, and an awesome dinner on Saturday night is $74 and is paid directly to Shenandoah River Outfitters. We have 30 Kayaks reserved. Once those are paid for, the trip is full and there will be no additions. Go to the site address below and pay to reserve your spot today!

  1. Don’t miss out on the all the fun! Camp sites are near the shared restrooms and shower facil- ity and yes there is hot water (most of the time). Saturday morning we will get on the bus at 10am and head to the drop off site. We will stop mid-afternoon along the river’s edge and eat our lunches (remember to pack your own lunch). There is usually enough room in/on the kayak for a small cooler. Dinner Saturday night is prepared by the campground employees and includes grilled steak and/or chicken, baked potatoes, salad, veggies, tea, and dessert.

     Deadline to pay is July 17th (no exceptions).
